Life is made up of many steps. How far you go depends on the amount of steps you take. It’s comfortable to stay put, but progress is only made when you allow God to move you to the next step. The Business Owners Planning and Strategy Workshop hosted this past weekend by Stelzl Visionary Learning Concepts in Waxhaw, North Carolina triggered the biggest step Lenspiraiton has taken yet.
There are three distinct parts to every business: what they provide, how it’s provided, and why they provide it. By focusing first on the passion and heart behind why a service is provided, unquenchable zeal and energy will propel how a business is run and what they will ultimately provide. It’s the inverse of natural inclination.
Up to this point, Lenspiration has been focusing on what it provides: photography and design services. But now, after this workshop, I am beginning to realize the why behind why Lenspiration exists. Attempting to put it simply, my passion revolves around inspiring photographers to hold a Biblical standard of beauty and maturity in their work. Anything that Lenspiration can do to fulfill this goal, I will do, and I will do it wholeheartedly! How will this be done? that’s what we brainstormed about for a majority of the workshop. What exactly will it provide? that’s a work in progress now in development. But for now, one thing is clear: Lenspiraiton is in the throes of taking the next step from simply doing photography and design as a business to utilizing photography and design to inspire the Body of Christ to subject all things to the lordship of Jesus Christ!
YES! THIS is what photography is about! What a testimony!
Thanks for joining us James, and thanks for the encouraging words!
Good for you, James!
Thanks for the encouragement, guys! Looking forward to making some new announcements before too long . . .
I don’t know how to thank you enough, Mr. Stelzl. I just pray that God will prosper and expand your ministry in a way that will allow you to reach the multitudes out there whose situations are so similar to mine.
