Christ “gave himself for us, that he might redeem us
from all iniquity and purify unto himself a peculiar people,
zealous of good works”
(Titus 2:14).

Are you a Christian? Are you a photographer? Are you a Christian photographer zealous of good works? In today’s culture, ungodliness dominates the world of photography; a short trip to the grocery store or a simple search on the Internet is enough to show how much our modern culture has dismissed the fear of God in day-to-day living. It’s even difficult to learn or study photography without being exposed to un-Biblical perspectives and damaging imagery. Why is this? Shouldn’t Christians be setting the example to the rest of the world? Shouldn’t we be taking dominion and restoring an art-culture built on the principles of God’s Word?

Of course we should! That’s the essence of the Great Commission; and you, with your camera, can be part of the solution. The world will not teach Biblical principles of photography, neither will it applaud the Christian who desires to stand alone, zealous for accomplishing the work of God. So where do you start? With creation as our classroom, each Lenspiration CAPTURE Landscape Photography Workshop endeavors to show photographers how they can have a Biblical standard of beauty and maturity in their work while shooting for higher levels of excellence in their photography skills. The three-day workshops will cover both Scriptural insights and photographic techniques for equiping and preparing photographers for being a beacon of light in a grossly dark world.

Let us be overcomers by “casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ” (II Corinthians 10:5).

CAPTURE! Develop your skills. Consider your convictions. Join us for the next workshop in North Carolina, June 12-15, 2013.
