2021 has been a great year!

In January, we finished shooting for Calvary Baptist Church’s calendar they printed in Europe for 2022. Plans are in the works to get one shipped out to each photographer who’s photo was included in it!

After months of planning and hard work, the new Lenspiration website launched in February!

If you weren’t around at that time to see what new features were introduced (or if you’re like me and forget things easily Smile), then this blog post outlines all the best things about the new site launch: Something New for You!

And the Photo Assignments! There were so many new publishers that we were able to photograph for! Amaris Morley, with Life Line Gifts . . . these are your photos (from the Eagerly Opening A Gift assignment) on their website!

Christian Horstmann with Christian Family Reformation, was grateful for the new photo we photographed for him (through the Family Having Devotions assignment).  Keep an eye on his website . . . I think he’s planning on launching a facelift here at the beginning of the year!

For Olivet Baptist Church, we photographed Inspirational Verse Pics for their “text message ministry”. And learned some design skills too.

Other new publishers we had never photographed for before were Ezra Project (with the Studying the Word assignment), Lightlab Etc. (with the Awesome Reflection assignment), Oil of Joy Apothecary (with the Raw Ingredients assignment), and to top it all off, the one and only Creation Today Ministries (with the Interesting Textures assignment)!!

A new, free ebook was launched this year, 10 Tips for Taking Better Photos with Any Camera.

And it was an honor to hold Photography Teams at two completely new homeschool conventions in June, one for Christian Association of Parent Educators of New Mexico, and the other for Rocky Mountain Homeschool Conference. Several conventions here in the East were still not back up and running due to Covid, so it was nice to spend a little time out West this year.

October hosted the 70th Live Photo Coaching webinar.

And in December, the 100th monthly Latest from Lenspiration email update went out!

So, yup, it was a good year!

Now that the new website has been up for many months, I’m eager to hear your feedback on it. And in 2022, I look forward to growing in my photography with you through the real-life photo assignments and adding more training to the Lenspiration website. As we enter the new year, would you like to help make Lenspiration better by providing some feedback in the following 13-question survey?

Thank you, and Happy New Year! We’ll see what God has in store for 2022.
