Can’t access Lenspiration membership content? Payments to Lenspiration not going through? It’s probably because your subscription has been placed On hold and needs to be replaced.
Here’s how to fix the problem:
1. Log in to you Lenspiration.com account
Go to www.lenspiration.com and click Log In. If you are already logged in, you can skip to Step 2.
2. Go to your account page
Click My Account.
3. Identify the problem subscription
Under Subscriptions, you’ll probably see that the Status of your subscription is On hold. This status is triggered when a past subscription payment did not go through properly.
(Also, under Orders, you may also notice that the Date of your last payment is older than one month ago. This indicates that it has been more than one month since a payment has gone through properly.)
4. Replace the subscription
It is impossible to reactivate this On hold subscription, so a new subscription must be created to replace it. Go to www.lenspiration.com/joinpro. Choose a Monthly or Yearly interval. Click Join Now.
5. Enter checkout info
Enter the billing details, choose a payment method and click Place order.
6. Verify active subscription
Once the order goes through, go back to My Account and you should now see two subscriptions under My Subscriptions. The old, On hold subscription is inactive (and will be forever) and the new, Active subscription will allow you to access the PRO content once again.
