Photography Field Days

What is a Photography Field Day?

It doesn’t matter what kind of camera you have . . . learn the secrets behind beautiful photos and start putting them to practice like a pro! Easy, fun, and fast-paced with plenty of time to practice, practice practice, a Photography Field Day is a one-day field trip for learning specific photography techniques in the classroom of creation. Geared for high-school-aged beginner photographers.

  • How to create beautiful background blur
  • How to create a sunstar effect
  • How to create that professional silky-water effect
  • Tips for artistically shooting the specific season at hand
  • How to make your pictures tack sharp every time
  • 5 killer composition techniques
  • How to start shooting in Manual right now
  • 4 ways Christian photographers can make a positive impact on the world
  • And much more!

The Photography Field Days are a one-day event covering the basics of how to use your camera. The more advanced, three-day CAPTURE Landscape Photography Workshops cover more intermediate to advanced topics in composition, image organization and post-processing techniques.
