What program did you process these in? If it was Lightroom, you want to use more of the Luminance slider in the noise reduction category to reduce grain. Next time you might want to try exposing it differently. I would really avoid blowing out the top right corner. Maybe use a fill flash to help with detail in the shadowed areas down lower if you have to underexpose them a little. The attached file is the best I could do with what you have.
