That takes some dedication to be outside taking pictures of the sunrise at 5:00 in the morning!
Looking directly towards the sunrise, that’s some extreme contrast to deal with. I know the feeling! You did a great job in post, editing it in such a way that there’s not a noticeable gradient between the extremely bright sky and extremely dark foreground. Depending on what type of camera you are using, it is possible to help with these kind of situations with the use of a Graduated ND Filter. Also, photo blending (even possible from one exposure) is possible in programs like Photoshop.
In terms of composition, the low angle is great. Try looking for something of distinct shape to use in the foreground, like I tried to do in this shot, to add a little more interest.
