@JamesStaddon, I guess I could try getting low to use the picket fence as a silhouette foreground element when I shoot sunsets the next time. Is the Landscape Locations Map only for PRO members? Have you visited Australia before? Besides shooting beautiful sunsets, you can also take pictures of gorgeous tulips (in the springtime) and Australia’s amazing exotic wildlife. If you prefer shooting in the city, Sydney is a great place for you. In addition to being Australia’s largest city, it also has what some consider to be the most beautiful building in the world- the Sydney Opera House. Furthermore, the world’s largest free-standing rock, the Ayers Rock, in the Red Centre offers a great place for shooting during the golden hours. Due to the sun, the sky appears orange and deep red in the morning, while changing to violet and then blue. I understand that visiting Australia is no cheap holiday especially if you come from the other corner of the world. But, these are just some places to visit and subjects to shoot if you happen to come this way.
