I’ve never been able to precisely diagnose or replicate this problem yet, so thank you for keeping me informed of clues that contribute to the case!
I hadn’t thought about it being an issue with Apple because I don’t use Apple! Good point. I’ll see if I can have someone test it tonight on different devices.
For now, do this:
1. Feel free to keep a log of the problems here on this thread until the problem is solved. Indicate the date of the webinar so I’ll know which webinars have which problems.
2. Clicking to view the webinar in YouTube as @vince suggested is a good temporary solution.
3. If you can’t get Live Chat working anywhere, you can text me at 304-370-4846 and I always have that opened during a webinar. (I do not usually have email opened.)
