Those are beautiful pictures! I do not know too much about taking sunset photos, but I like the first photo’s composition over the second, although placing the sunset on a third is a neat idea if that is what you were trying to accomplish. It looks a little dark in the foreground, but since it is in the evening that may be hard to avoid.
