@dfrazer, the reason why I want to upgrade is because I currently use my mom’s camera. The things that most appeal to me about the D5300 are the longer battery life, the video quality, the better ISO, and the slightly better frames per second when shooting continuously, as I do a lot of wildlife photography. The Wi-Fi and GPS are not important to me. I’ve also heard that the D3200 is slowly going out of production.
