I don’t know if this is even REMOTELY similar to what you might be looking for, but it’s a photo I took last year and in looking through my photos I thought it may work with the verse. More so along the lines of your second thought on God’s omnipresence. I hope to be able to try to capture additional photos this week to submit, but in case I can’t get something that I like I thought I’d at least start with this one!
