The photo looks under-exposed in general.
As far as composition, I would try to include something in the foreground; there’s not currently anything that grabs my interest and makes me want to just look and look at this photo; it also looks very “half-and-half” with sky vs. trees, I think it would look better 1/3 to 2/3. And the photo impresses me as being crooked… the skyline descends ever so slightly from L to R, and the grass line (or at least the shadow on the grass) ascends from L to R; not necessarily bad, it just doesn’t look like it was intentional.
As far as editing, the shadows on some of the trees (lower right, maybe also lower left corner) seem distracting, so I’d try to brighten those.
