Great Job on these pictures! It can be especially hard trying to contrast the reflections on the water with the sky, and still capturing detail in both. The first picture is my favorite, because you managed to keep the noise level down, despite a high iso. I think bringing down the f-stop a bit so you could have a lower iso would have helped capture a bit more detail in the clouds. one more thing I noticed, is your buildings are just slightly leaning to the left. other than that, you did a very good job of capturing the scene in a dark surrounding. Also, a similar picture during the golden hour would have looked great as well.
