For most photos shooting directly toward the setting sun, you sorta have to choose whether you want to sky or the foreground to be exposed (like in your second or third shots).
So often at sunrise/sunset, I’ll look for good silhouette objects/shapes because I’ll generally want the color of the sky to be in the proper exposure.
Achieving detail in the foreground is possible, but it’s difficult. Attached is a recent attempt merging 5 different exposures in LR. The balance has to be just right, and you always have to watch for haloing in places of extreme contrast.
I would recommend lightening up your tractor shot and decreasing contrast. It’s ok if your sky is lighter. It looks dingy at that exposure.
