Wow! Those are some amazing clouds! My favorite is the middle one, with you being so low to the ground and getting the feeling of the fence in there without it requiring a lot of photo real estate, like the first and last one. Going vertical, though, I think is the answer here, to get more of the ominous cloud feeling. Maybe staying low and having your foreground be the fence or the wagon but still keeping as much of the photo real estate sky as possible.
