Perhaps you could explain a bit behind what you were trying to accomplish with this shot?
My initial thought is that the water is so “frozen” in place that it almost looks frozen – glass-like. So if you want it to look more watery, maybe you could slow your shutterspeed down for more flow in the motion of the water.
Again, depends on what the purpose behind the shot was 🙂
