Hard to explain how I would edit in words so will take a look at it during the webinar on Tuesday the 11th. https://www.lenspiration.com/photo-critique-with-lenspiration-sep-11/ Did you take any renditions that were not quite so far cropped in and incorporated any more of the plants behind it? I would seek to find an angle that super simplified the background, maybe even moving leaves if possible. The leaves look like they have the potential of making a nice background pattern. Look for symmetry. I’m pretty sure we can get those leaves saturated up a bit to make it look more vibrant. I wonder if there were any angles you could approach this flower/plant backlit too. That would naturally saturate things up a bit.
