I really like the one shot that you cleaned up a bit. Those little details make a difference. I may have tried walking up closer to the water? Sometimes the waves coming in create interesting shapes and textures that could fill the foreground, even at hand-holdable shutter speeds. This could potentially help fill the frame with something more interesting than the sky. Also, maybe saturating the blue hues in the upper part of the sky in your current composition could help make it feel more interesting for if text was ever added to that blank area. Taking pictures at the beach is a rare opportunity usually, so glad you were able to make something of it!
