I use the All Apps Plan because I do more than just photography. In addition to Lightroom and Photoshop (which is what the Photography Plan has), the All Apps Plan has many other powerful and useful programs that I use fairly regularly:

Premier Pro (like you mentioned) – a video editing program
InDesign – a page layout program (I use this for designing my calendars)
Illustrator – a vector editor program (for like creating logos)
Acrobat DC – A PDF editor
