I sell on Ebay, and that works fairly well. (except the 9% of item value that Ebay takes out. 🙂 )
But that is just something that you have take into consideration anywhere you sell.
I seem to get the best price for my items when selling through Ebay though.
You could also see what Adorama or B&H photo would give you. It would be far easier if you would go with one of them since you do not have to take the time to take pictures and type out item description etc. As with Ebay.
I believe the price they would give you for a used lens (for instance) that is in good condition, is about 70% of the new price of that item.
So lets say you have a used (good condition) lens that is worth $1,000 brand new. They would probably give you $700 or so for it.
I would definitely look in to one of those two options if you want it to be a super easy process, but if you want to get top dollar you might be better of using Ebay.
