Do you have more pictures, or at least higher res photos? That would help with identifying them. 🙂
It looks like there are probably 2 different possibilities for the flash:

And the lens looks to be a PROMASTER 24-200MM F/3.5-5.6, like this one on KEH. (except obviously it would be Nikon mount, like this one.)
