According to the Exif data for the picture, the shutter speed is 1/60th, the aperture is f/5.6, and the focal length is 200mm.
If I remember right, the “shutter speed rule of thumb” is: your shutter speed should equal your focal length. i.e. If your focal length is 200mm, optimally, you want about 1/200th of a second shutter speed. Of course that’s not always possible, sometimes Image Stabilization, or Vibration Reduction can help with lowering your shutter speed while still getting a sharp picture.
