I like the sepia:
Watch your background. It is too distracting, too many things back there.
Cut off the black part of her pants by cropping.
Sharpen and add clarity to bring out the hair.
Also try another one with motion and her turning her head with a shutter of 1/120, 1/60, and 1/30 or less.
Also try hands on hips.
