Very pretty! Good exposure, vibrant colors without looking fake, and the frame is full without it looking cluttered.
Have you tried doing long exposures on river-side reflections like this? While the texture of the water does add energy, it might be neat to add energy through a soft/hard contrast from blur in the flowing water. I’ve attached an image of the San Diego skyline that was taken with a 30 second exposure. Blur in water adds a professional flare as well.
