How fun! The biggest detraction for me is the large band of white ripples behind the geese. It being so large, stretching across the whole image and visually merging with the geese makes it a huge distraction. There’s not much you could do about that, of course, and it sounds like you didn’t have a ton of time to wait around till they were in a different area. 🙂
I do like how the heads of both geese are below the horizon line of the pond’s edge. That aspect is nice and clean!
