Here’s one I got of a red blanket flower in water drops. I used my flash so I was able to stop down all the way. But because I was stopped down all the dirt particles inside or out of my camera/lens showed up. I’m not sure where they came from. I cleaned my sensor and lens and blew off the rear lens element. @lenspirationlydia or @jamesstaddon did you have problems with dust when you reversed your lens?
To fix it I unsharpened the background to remove the small ones then used the healing brush on the big ones. You can see the before and after in the screenshot.
