I got together with my friend Sarah this weekend to take some pictures together for this assignment! It worked out for us to meet up around 4:30pm, and I wasn’t sure how the lighting would be that point in the afternoon since it would still be quite a bit earlier than golden hour. But it was just lovely!
We shared ideas ahead of time as to outfits and hair, and I brought my Bible and Quiet Time journal along for us to use. We didn’t end up using the journal (mainly because we ran out of time), but we got a nice variety with the Bible and some prayer images.
I’m so grateful that a daily quiet time with God isn’t just something that happens in photos, but in real, everyday life! That time in His Word and prayer is such a gift. 🙂
