That is a HDD, not an SSD. According to my research and knowledge of dealing with HDD, the beeping is usually a stuck head, which is a mechanical issue. This can happen if the drive is reading or writing when it loses power. This would take mechanical repair by someone who knows what they are doing with hard drives.
