So the official Lenovo downloads for the Lenovo Y50-70 can be found here. Looks like they haven’t been updated since 2016 (so you likely have the latest version already). The version numbers do not match what your screenshots show though, so I don’t know what is going on with that.
Out of curiosity, I checked out Intel’s website for the Intel® HD Graphics 4600 and found this page with downloads (last updated 2021). If you click through to the download page, Intel has this little note:
The driver or software for your Intel® component might have been changed or replaced by the computer manufacturer. We recommend you work with your computer manufacturer before installing our driver so you don’t lose features or customizations.
So… you could try, but definitely make sure you have good backups and a way to roll back your changes if something goes haywire. Again, if LR/PS aren’t actually giving you any problems, I probably would just sit tight and not worry about Adobe’s nagging. 🙂
