March Joys
Blooming flowers, sparkling skies
Love-in-a-Mist, and Pansy eyes;
Puffy white clouds, still waters blue
Birds’ sweet songs, and early gardens too.
Ev’ry Springtime sound and sight
Fills my soul with rapturous delight
Bursting to the surface, and up to Heaven’s height;
Lending wings to my spirit
And aiding me in flight.
