I agree with @jamesstaddon about your last photo. There is something very special about it, and the composition is very attractive to the eye!
My other favourite is the second to the last. I love that expression, and the triangle of the rusty (railing, is it?) adds to the beauty of the shot with both colour and shape.
My advice on the first cat photo is that you crop out the left part a bit so the black line on the upper left corner isn’t in the frame. Like this…
