Yes, Affinity Photo is a great Photoshop alternative.
And Luminar is a good Lightroom alternative.
Another program you can look into that is a Lightroom + Photoshop alternative is called On1 Photo Raw https://www.on1.com/products/photo-raw/ It’s currently on sale too. I have a feeling most of these Adobe competitors have sales fairly often. 🙂
