Ok thanks for that! I was looking some more at the tripod legs I found on Amazon, and the head from manfratto ( the links in the other post), and it doesn’t look like they will connect. I attached screenshots of the measurements, am I understanding the info right? The first pic is from the tripod legs and the second pic is from the manual for the tripod head.

Keep in mind that there are 2 different connections on tripods: the little 1/4 in. screw that goes into the bottom of your camera, and the much larger 3/8 in. screw that connects your tripod legs to the tripod head. It’s almost guaranteed that the screw/socket to connect the legs and head will both be 3/8 in, so I wouldn’t be too concerned about that. And any tripod head you buy that’s intended for DSLR cameras will have a 1/4 in. connector to screw into your camera (usually a little “quick attach” plate that then clips into the tripod head).
