For those interested in submitting multiple locations, I put together an Excel spreadsheet with one tab per location so you can organize the information off-line and have it all prepped and ready to go when you are ready to submit.
IMPORTANT: Using the spreadsheet will not submit your entry for the assignment – it is an external tool that allows you to prepare and refine your entry BEFORE submitting it through the Lenspiration page.

When you open it, if the PROTECTED VIEW message appears, click the Enable Editing button.
(By default, any Office document you download from the internet is set to Protected View mode, to assure it can’t make changes to your system without your knowledge.)
Hover over the red triangle on the top row to read the usage notes.
