That’s a pretty nice shot, although it does seem a little “busy”. I like the contrast of the red and green, and the interesting curly Q’s.
The blown highlights on the berries are a bit distracting. I wonder if you could maybe diffuse the light somehow to cut the strong harsh lighting. I have often just stood/crouched in such a way that my shadow falls on the subject. You’ll need a higher ISO/lower aperture/shutter speed, but at least you won’t have “white spots”.
