There’s nothing out-of-the-ordinary that strikes me with this shot. The eyeball itself does need to be in focus. The majority of the eye, the focus point of the snapshot, is in shadow; viewer’s eyes are attracted to the brightest part of an image. Because the eye is so close to the bottom of the frame, things seem out of balance and haphazard. Try again!
