Hi Eliana,

Probably one of the sites I would recommend would be Fotolia (now Adobe Stock). They are relatively easy to start with, and have a large client base. The key to making money with stock is to upload a lot, and to upload frequently (something I am not good at), but even if you have a portfolio of 20-30 images uploaded, you should start…Read more

It’s obvious, but the biggest indication of a good photoshop job is when people can’t identify that an image is photoshopped. To be honest, if you hadn’t said anything, I wouldn’t have even guessed this was photoshopped. The horse fit so perfectly into your background, that even when I was analyzing the first image, I was looking everywhere…Read more

Asking for input from you photo-blog readers. Wondering what types of posts you like reading the most? I’ve been trying to get into blogging, but I find it hard coming up with content and knowing what readers enjoy. Looking for some insights…

Sorry this is late, if it doesn’t make it into tomorrow’s discussion, I totally understand.

Just wondering what you do as far as naming/tagging/organizing your photos during import. Do you name them by date? Do you use specific folder names to denote certain projects? Do you keyword your images? Do you just use Lightroom…Read more

Here are a couple of my favorite images from a couple shoots I’ve done recently. Just looking for thoughts/ideas for improving, posing tips, ways to better convey the story, etc. Also looking for feedback on the editing side. I tend to over-do the editing in an attempt to be “artsy”. What’s your reaction to that in light of these images?

Thanks!
