I sort of solved my problem by buying the bundle pack of Lightroom and Photoshop and am currently running it on my brother’s computer. Still need to get a computer but when I can afford one I’m gonna take ya’ll’s advice and consider it.

I agree, I realized afterwards there was too much neck in the picture. That was shot with my 50mm lens with a 5.6 aperture. That lens can go down to 1.8 so more blur would have been better. Thanks for the tips!
