To activate a card-holder’s membership:

- Choose the Quarterly payment interval

Membership begins on the day it is activated. The number of pre-paid months will begin after any free trial has expired. When the pre-paid months have expired, the payment method that was used at sign up will be billed at the price and interval of the membership at activation. Receipts will be sent to the email used at sign up. Membership can be canceled at any time via My Account. Customer support contact information is on the back of the card.
