The main sunset location was closed to vehicular traffic, but we did discover an interesting dam, a covered bridge, a bunch of neat walking trails, and an old historic barn! Didn&#8217;t go live on Instagram because I was with folks, but maybe next time.</p>

For anyone else looking for good camera bag for a reasonable price, I would also recommend the Padwa Lifestyle camera bags.</p>

<p>VR is Nikon lingo. On some Canon lenses, there&#8217;s a switch that&#8217;s called &#8220;Image Stabilization&#8221; and we abbreviate it as IS. There&#8217;s a chance your 18-55 has it. There&#8217;ll be a second switch right next to the auto/manual focus switch right on the side of the lens. I use an EOS Rebel T7 with a 18-55 mm lens and a 75-300 mm lens. Typically, when I try to use a lower shutter speed than 1/500, I end up with a blurry picture. <p>If your lens is not equipped with VR you have to use at least that high a shutter speed. For example, if I use my 300 mm I have to choose a shutter speed number the same or higher than 1/300.
