Can’t access Lenspiration membership features? It’s probably because your subscription has been automatically placed on hold.
Here’s how to fix the problem:
1. Log in to you Lenspiration.com account
Go to www.lenspiration.com and click Log In. If you are already logged in, you can skip to Step 2.
2. Go to your account page
Click My Account.
3. Verify the problem
Under Subscriptions, you’ll probably see that the Status of your subscription is On hold. This status is usually triggered automatically when a subscription payment failed.
4. Pay the failed payment
To get your subscription off On hold, you’ll need to pay the failed payment. Click on Orders. The most recent order will probably have a status of Failed. Click Pay.
5. Verify billing details
Make sure all the Billing Details are correct. If you are using a credit card, make sure this information matches your card, especially the First Name, Last Name and Address.
6. Choose payment method and pay
Since your payment method has failed in the past, I suggest you change your payment method here. Consider paying with PayPal, or Use a new credit card. If your credit card has expired, choose Use a new credit card. Then click Place Order.
If your payment goes through, your membership subscription should be reactivated!
If a credit card continues to give you issues, call the customer service number on the back of your card. Ask them to remove any hold that may be placed on the card, or verify that Lenspiration is indeed a business you wish to make payments to.
