This past May I had the joy of serving as head photographer for a mother/daughter retreat! I tried to capture not just action shots, but also ones of the location. This is one of my attempts to capture the beautiful Inn (Carlisle Inn, Sugarcreek, OH) at night. Any recommendations as to how I could improve the composition or my in-camera settings or editing? 🙂 As our family travels and does events, I’d love to be able to skillfully take advantage of free (or quick!) evening minutes to take pictures! 🙂
Here’s the details:
Time of year: May
Time of day: After 8:00 or 9:00pm
Camera: Canon 7D

Aperture: f/3.5
Shutter Speed:1/13sec

Thanks so much!
