It depends on what you want to use it for. I’ve been doing research on a 7D Mark II because I want a good complement to my 5D Mark II. For that reason, I’m looking for something that’s APS-C sensor, high FPS, advanced focusing and GPS (wish it had WiFi, but I can just get Eye-Fi cards, and a flip out screen, but that’s just a perk). Of course, stellar image quality and good high-ISO performance are no-brainers. I’m just waiting for the time to find a good deal now.
You might want to consider the full frame 6D. Just about anything will be better than the XT. 🙂

Thank-you. I ended up buying a 7D. Full frame would be impractical for me since most of my lenses are EF-S.
