Never mind, I think I figured it out. There’s something I just learned. I didn’t realize you could use your flash off of the camera, or didn’t remember at least. So now I need three hands, and what’s the answer for that? 🙂

That’s what that little flash foot is for, just set it somewhere and aim it where you want it.
Or, learn how to use just 2! 🙂 Seriously, I haven’t tried holding a flash off-camera with my hands, but I have had to hold onto the flower I was photographing with one hand to keep it still, while handling a rather heavy camera + lens + speedlight combo with the other.
