You did really good Adrianna!! I really like cats too! I had to use fake leaves. I love your spacing it perfect! You did a great working with what you have!
A few weeks ago I went though the woods and found colorful leaves, acorns, and black walnuts to go with our pumpkins. I tried some different ways, some on our bench and some on the grass.

Hi everyone! It is spring here in South Africa! Pumpkins, corn, acorns and autumn leaves are extremely hard to find, therefor this assignment was quite a challenge! 🙂

Hi fellow photographers! Happy Fall 🍁🍂🍁 (or Spring 😊)! Like James said earlier, I just LOVE autumn photos and all the other fun things that this season brings with it! Here where I live in the Midwest US, the leaves are indeed starting to turn colors and we just had our first frost last night.
Although I’m not able to participate in every single monthly assignment here, one of the things I really love about these assignments and forums here is to be so inspired by everyone else’s amazing shots, ideas, compositions, and sharing their solutions for overcoming their own unique challenges! Some of the things I would never have thought of, like Lydia’s idea on taping a leaf to glass… And it’s so fun to see all the different colors and textures of something as simple as the wooden backgrounds behind a lot of these. Reminds me of the Interesting Textures assignment two months ago.
Like @pistol-pete, I had to use fake leaves as well that I borrowed from my sisters’ Fall decorations. 😊 And although I would have much preferred more “natural’ light, I had to shoot mine indoors since I was doing it in the evening after work. One of my biggest challenges was getting the leaves to stay flat after I had arranged them the way I wanted them. Overall, though, I do like the way it ultimately turned out! I used Photoshop to adjust the saturation and exposure just a little, and I submitted two slightly different photos of the same composition — one cropped to a square, and the other cropped slightly vertical, per the specified orientation.
Really enjoyed this assignment! 😊

@jemimajvr! Thank you @blessingscauptured for remembering about my cats! Lol Here are the ones that turned out actually able to se what it is! (Without them moving!) the black and white one is are female kitten and her name is Boots and the tabby (orange, white, brown, black and a hint of yellow is a female also but she is not a kitten) her name is Georgia and no we did not get her in Georgia! We got her in Florida! I was only able to get two out of like 10!! Crazy cats!! LOL
