Hello, everyone!
I am planning on purchasing a tablet soon to do photo editing, organizing, etc on, and am wondering which of these two is better.
The first I looked at was a bran new 2021 iPad 9th Generation- with 256GB storage

(P. S. The 2018 one isn’t called 3rd Generation, actually- it’s just 2018 iPad Pro. Sorry about that typo.)
Wow! Knowing absolutely nothing about Apple products (well, maybe not absolutely, but….) I would guess newer is better? I have no idea what the difference is between 9th Gen and Pro, though.
Any Apple users out there who could help with this question?
Ok, so, a good friend of mine who uses an iPad for his entire workflow had this to say about your question, @warrior-princess: “Mine is an iPad Air 5th generation. It’s awesome! I would definitely recommend that one. It’s got the M1 chip. eBay has good prices on it. I definitely wouldn’t get the iPad 9th gen. Wayyyy to old.”

@lenspirationlydia Oh, yes I did! Once I have the money, I will get the iPad Air 5th Generation with 256FB of storage! 🙂
