Quick question – I’m shooting a wedding at a lovely barn this summer! I took the couples’ engagement photos AT the barn this winter. The barn has a huge window on one side facing the sun, and a lot of tungsten lighting inside, but I still had to use 2000 ISO in order for their pics to turn out. Come to think of it though, the sun had already set when we were in the barn… hm… so that’s probably a contributing factor as to why I had to bump it up so high.
But anyway, I’m wondering if I might want to rent a flash to bring along to the reception? The reception will be around dinner time and the in the summer the sun doesn’t set that early, so there MAY be enough light and I might not have to rent a flash?
Anyone who’s been in the field longer than I have any thoughts? 😀
