Description
You’re probably into photography because you love taking pictures. But you’ll soon find out that there’s more to photography than just taking pictures! In today’s digital age, there’s a lot that needs to be done in post-processing. How often does one of your photos successfully traverse the post-processing journey from your camera’s memory card to being displayed in its final destination, shared with the world? Is it’s path free of frustration and roadblocks? Is it a clean and efficient process? Do you truly enjoy the part after taking pictures? If not, this course is for you!
The entire post-processing journey from card to display can be broken down into two parts: preparing and sharing! Because there’s a whole lot more that goes into preparing our photos for sharing than we realize, that’s why the entire first section, Preparing to Share, is dedicated to that topic. Are you really prepared to batch process all the photos you take? Where are you going to store your photos after you take them? Will they be backed up somewhere, or will you lose them all one day after a hard drive crash? How will you process them? And what software will you use to edit them? Once edited, are you sure that you can legally share them the way you want? There is so much we need to consider in preparing our photos to share before we actually share them.
Once we have a photo that can actually be shared, how do we actually share it? That’s what the second section, Photo Sharing Strategies, is all about. Setting up amazing little mini-systems to help us efficiently get our photos out there, shared with the world!
HOW IT WORKS:
This course is one of the requirements when going through Phase III of Lenspiration’s Photography Program.
It is recommended that you join the Lenspiration membership at the same time so you can have a place to ask questions and post pictures for critique as you progress through the course. Once you have completed the course, you will continue to have complete access to it forever.
