Nice choice going b&w. I do like the first shot better with the name. Perhaps centered a little more. Seems too heavy on the right (though you still want a leave a tad of space for eye direction). I would squat down a bit; probably ensure no grass was included below the wall. The background wall is good though, I’d say.
